PARK AND CHAT CURBSIDE AND INDOOR VISITS - HAVE BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED EFFECTIVE 11/20/2020

Pinecrest continues to host curbside visits, so you can schedule a time to Park and Chat with your loved one! Limited times are available, so sign up today. An email address is required to sign up, and you must sign up ahead of time in order to visit.
Volunteers and staff will direct your arrival and will bring the resident curbside while you remain in your vehicle, allowing for safe physical distancing during your 25 minute visit. There is a limit of 2 people per vehicle and one vehicle per resident being visited.
Visitors in the vehicle will be required to wear a mask, complete a series of health screening questions, and have their temperature taken. A log of visitors will be kept in the event that Covid-19 contact tracing becomes necessary.
Visitors will need to complete a pre-visit telephone screening within 24 hours prior to their visit. A staff member will contact each visitor by phone within the 24 hour window to complete the screening. Each visitor must provide a phone number so that they can complete the screening.
During your visit, if you need to give any items to the resident, staff will assist with the transfer.
As the weather gets colder, efforts will continue to offer controlled visits inside. The same rules and restrictions will generally apply, and sign-ups will still be required. When you sign up for a visitation time, it will either be curbside or inside depending on the weather.
Visits may be cancelled due to inclement weather, changes in our Covid-19 testing and contact tracing, and at the discretion of Pinecrest Community. The presence of lightning in the area will immediately suspend all visitations. Visits cancelled due to weather or other safety factors can be re-scheduled through the sign-up portal, or will be moved inside, conditions permitting.

Please leave a message if you don't reach them directly and they will return your call as soon as possible to arrange for your visit.
WINDOW VISITS - continue as weather permits
No-contact window visits allow families to see one another through a closed window. You may also wish to simultaneously talk with one another via telephone.
MANOR window visits are still encouraged. Please call 815-734-4103 or the resident's nurses station prior to visiting so that staff can ensure you're at the correct window and that the resident is available to you.
TERRACE window visits are also permitted. Visits need to be pre-arranged by calling 815-734-1747.
