Everyone connected with the Pinecrest Community does a fantastic job of helping people feel upbeat and positive through all your smiles and accomodations, etc. I can't even find the words to show my appreciation for all that you do for your residents there, and their families.
I can't say enough about how good it feels when I walk through those front doors and see the evidence in every area of how residents are treated with respect and dignity, giving them a quality of life in whatever their capacity is. Living 1700 miles away is a big distance between my Dad and myself, but you close that gap a lot with how Dad is treated, and how I am treated when I call the nurses station.
